I’m just a regular guy that works full time, and now I’m an empty nester. But the last 15 years, I’ve been a single dad that juggled work and a busy schedule for my two kids. I know what it’s like to be stressed out, short on money, short on time, and short on patience. I know what it’s like to be running late from work to get the kids, going from school to school, and the softball field to the soccer field. But that’s no reason to eat fast food five days a week, or unhealthy processed foods that you know is bad for you and your family. Remember, I’m not a trained chef. I just enjoy trying to be creative and see if I can make something the kids and I really like. Over the years, I’ve learned some helpful tricks, short-cuts, and some great, simple recipes that will save you time, money, and lower your stress level. I hope you choose to subscribe, and join me on this journey where I will share what I’ve learned over the years to make mealtime more enjoyable, help you save some time and money, and most importantly, help save family time so you can enjoy some good home-cooked food, whether you’re a single parent or not.
